A Bit About Myself |
I am 15 years old christian female (I am non denomenational, but my church is a Church of Christ) and I live in Georgia.I am 5'6, hazel eyed, dirty blond (mixture of blond and brown hair) a bit past my chin, some what athletic and muscular. My hobbies include: God and Jesus (they always and forever will come first!), shopping, going to the movies, hanging out with my friends, talking on the net and phone and my favorite is to SLEEP..which might i add i dont get enough of!:( I would consider myself very lucky. My family is not split up. I have a loving mother, father, and twin brother. I love them so much; God had truely blessed me with a grade A family! I am a very social bunny when I get to know you, I am usually really funny and good to be around, I am not the most popular girl at school..but i am making my way up the chart, I am very trustful, intelligant, a true listener and I hope an awesome friend...but you will have to ask my friends yourself! When I "grow up" I would like to either get the HOPE scholarship and go to UGA or get a scholarship to UGA, Auburn (even though I am not their biggest fan) or Tennessee for band (I play the trombone). I plan to become a veternarian, but if all else fails i plan to become an FBI investigator. Only God knows what lies ahead of me though.

I have some inspirational scriptures from the Bible. I feel these give me a sense of hope. I know that God has a plan for me! The first one here I got from my Bible; I do not know if it is in the Bible, so I am not going to quote it. This is still very heart pleasing though. * The world says "Go for it!" but God says "No. Come to me to fulfill all your desires in my time. You may have to wait, but it will be worth it. I promise!"<--- I felt that gives us a reason to wait. You know that God is planning something that is worth all the wait. * "Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Dlight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." (Psalms 37:3-6) You have to read the rest of this scripture, it was too long to type. I feel that this scripture gives you an even BIGGER sense of hope. He even gives examples of things he will give you. It may seem like an easy task, but it is no where near easy. I would comsider being a Christian the hardest test you can take. Yes, you do drift from time to time; but some how most seem to find their way back to God. I know I can relate! * "Everything that was written in the past was written to teach us. The scriptures give us patience and encouragement so that we can have hope." (Romans 15:4) I think of this as a back up to people that do not believe in God and they ask can you prove that it is real, or God is real. And i consider this the ultimate hope scripture because it even uses the word, but in fewer words. Even though times are changing it does not mean the Bible is changing. * "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27) <--- I like this scripture because it is a reassurance not be afraid. And it gives you a sense of relief and comfort. * "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and first earth had past away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will be wipe every tear from their eyes. There will no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." (Revelation 21:1-4)<--- I feel this is a sign of hope and relief. It gives you a new look at a new earth. A better earth! And i think in a way he was describing heaven on earth. Or as some call it Judgement Day!! | Inspirational Scriptures from the Bible

What I Look for in a Guy |
Like half of the American females, I am also single and very much looking. I just have not found a "great" boyfriend yet; but I have my whole life; but do not think I do not want a boyfriend now, because i do! The guy i date or go out with has to be a christian or wanting to become a christian, he has to be very respectful, he also has to be a friend as well as a boyfriend, very sweet and thoughful<--spontanious and full of suprises, he definatly has to be funny <--- I love to laugh and have a good time, he has to be a listener and not over protective <--- I hate that! I think the first thing I see in a guy is his eyes and his smile. But when I get to know or talk to him I start looking in perosnality. I am a very picky person. Trust me I know!!
